google form link not working

I got an email with the link to the form for sharing the link to ethereum wallet, but for some reasons, it says I need excess permission.

    Sign in using the email you used to sign up for the hackathon

    used the same id to do it.
    any other way to send the wallet key?
    can put it here if that works

    It doesn't work for me either, and I'm signed in & receiving notifications from the same e-mail that I used to sign up for the hackathon.

    Form says it is restricted and wont work...

    seems like this form was created by someone with a berkeley.edu account and is restricted to users in that domain only. creator of the form may have to open the share settings to public.

    Same here - it says that "This form can only be viewed by users in the owner's organization."

    Same problem. "Form can only be viewed by users in the owner's organization". Organizers need to change form sharing settings
